General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems interview questions

I spoke with 5 different people for two hours and all I got was a copy & paste email from HR two weeks later saying they went with another candidate. After the interview, I sent a followup email to all of my interviewers, and didn't get a single reply of any sort. I emailed the woman who conducted the original call screening to see about the status of the position and got nothing. I think the only reason I even got the eventual email from HR was because I emailed the woman who would be my direct supervisor, and she must have forwarded it to HR. For speaking to 5 different people for over two hours (after two phone screenings), I expected a little bit more professionalism and courtesy to be sent my way. I think this speaks volumes about the kind of culture you can expect as an employee at GD-OTS.

Interview process was very smooth. It was somewhat formal but in a less formal environment. Talked with HR and went over processes and was asked a couple questions throughout the discussion. Interviewed with 3 more people after which was mostly all questions asked towards myself. Then got a tour of the facility.
