I have been always told to use my network and get an "in" with a company through my connections to land a job. Not this time! I applied the old fashion way through submitting an application online through the GM career board.
The entire process, from first email from HR recruiter to offer, took about 2 weeks. Everything was well scheduled and the recruiters replied to emails in a timely manner. I had a phone interview with a hiring manager, then was told they would get back to me in 2-3 weeks whether I would be offered an onsite interview. They emailed me again within a week to invite me to HQ for an in person interview. I was then sent another email requesting that I complete an application and 2 assessments. The first assessment was very easy, basically assessing personality and trying to figure out if you would be a good fit. It was a two-parter and about 300 questions long! It seems like a lot but it can be completed in 15 mins. The 2nd assessment was much more difficult. It consisted of 18 deductive reasoning questions and you only got 20 mins. All questions were in a similar format...If jane starts work at 6pm and John starts at 4:30, but Jose can only start after john has finished, what time does Jennifer start...etc.
The onsite interview itself took 4 hours to complete. I was emailed a nicely laid out itinerary that showed who I was meeting with. My interview started off with an "informal" lunch with another Marketing Associate. These lunches are never "informal", think of it as another opportunity to demonstrate your fit. Then after lunch I had 4 back-to-back 1/2hr long interviews with managers from different departments. All had the same format ...tell me about yourself/go through your resume, then 4 behavioral questions, and concluded with time for questions. I met with the HR recruiter at the end of the interview to wrap up.
Tips: Practice your elevator speech for the "tell me about yourself" question, be able to tell a nice cohesive story.Also, practice answering the behavior questions in the STAR format! There will be 12 of them!

I went through a multi-step interview process. After submitting my application online, I was contacted via email to set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. The next round consisted of 3 one-on-one via Microsoft Teams: 15 min with the Talent Acquisitions Manager, 30 min with the HR Manager for the division, and 30 min with a Senior Marketing Manager for the division. In all interviews, I was asked situation and behavior-based questions. They want you to answer using the STAR method.
Overall, it was a good experience. Everyone was really nice and happy to answer all my questions along the way.

Before going to the in person interview, you have to take a personality test which was easy but took some time. Additionally, there is a reasoning test that was very hard, you only get 22 minutes to answer 20 questions.
