So if they ask you what would you do if half the lines baked good were going into the freezer uncooked, you would say, "stop the line and call maintenance/management." Saying something like I would keep the line running and try to fix it on the fly would be a red flag. Answering a question with a production first mentality instead of safety first mentality is a red flag. They might sit you down with multiple people or in a room with multiple applicants. They will give you a plant tour and talk about the company.
