The interview process was well structured. It started with a phone call and email describing the venue and timings. The travel was re-imbursed by the company. The opening meeting described the schedule for the day and it was followed. Candidates were screened by means of written tests involving math,language, reasoning, engineering knowledge, and logic. Group discussion was the next level of screening with a industry specific topic. Final was the personal interview. The process was complete within one full day
