Initially contacted by the HR Talent group for the position. Had previously applied for another position but was not contacted for an interview. Initial contact on a Monday, Interview on a Wednesday, offer on the following Monday. Interview process was as described by previous posts. Group of 4 interviewees brought into a room to watch a promotional video about GM. Next each person was called one by one for interview. My interview was with the hiring manager and another manager from a different department to assist. Questions were situational and you were asked to use the Star method to answer. First interview lasted about 45 minutes. Next interview was with the Hiring Managers manager. Same type of questions and format. This interview also lasted about 45 mins. The managers were relaxed which led to a relaxed atmosphere. There were no technical questions asked.
