Basic interview process. Final round was meant to be a single day. GM moved the final interview several times, as I adjusted my schedule to fit. They then shifted the schedule up (sooner) over a week and split it into two interviews and explained they needed to get it done during that time period. I again accommodated and ended up taking the first interview in a tiny room in a hotel lobby with little time to prepare. The second interview was shortly after, and comprised of literally the exact same questions. If I gave the same answer, the interviewers commented and requested I give different ones in a manner that made it clear they'd judge me if I didn't. Mind you, they reached out to me. I did not put together a resume, plan to switch jobs, apply, and then practice practice practice. I have a full-time job I enjoy and care about, and have a busy schedule. I've gone out of my way to accommodate this interview. Ultimately didn't receive an offer and not a single human being ever reached out. I received an automated email. Zero appreciation for my time. Do not waste your time here. The culture problems clearly still exist.
