I was an employee referral, so my process might not have been the same as others. I was called by HR in Dallas to set up a telepresence interview with multiple hiring authorities. There was no pre-screen. The interview was a string of one on one telepresence interviews with multiple people. The interview was mostly about what I have done in the past in certain types of situations so the interviewers could gauge my personality. There were no right or wrong answers, but I needed quite a few anecdotes in order to complete the interviews.
