One on one with hiring manager, 45 minute seminar followed by a series of 30 minute one on ones with various people from peer scientists to more senior managers and HR personnel as well. Very smart personnel working on an interesting platform, although there seemed to be a lack of focus in direction or people working on a lot of things at once. HR personnel I was working with was 15 minutes late to her time slot with me, and did not care to reschedule as our time was short. After going through this process I was ghosted, which was not the best. I applied for further positions and even went through a phone screen with a different manager at which point I did not hear back from them again. I was told they went for someone with more experience.
