Applied online, notified within a day to discuss the Sr. Manager role. At the interview, the recruiter/HR down-leveled the position to Manager and the salary did not meet expectations (would result in a demotion). Also, did not provide time for Q/A at the end. The impression is that this company has a strict "years of experience" quota without regard to your actual experience which is disappointing.
