Interview
Very relaxed but thoural, the Administrator at this facility is AAA rated handled the entire process. All the while she was catering to the residents who needed assistance. Very dedicated IDT team, felt like family immediately and I knew it was the place for me. It was not just by chance I fell into the Job, it was fate.
The interview process was very simple and direct. Expectations and roles are clearly described. The interviewer allowed time for questions and assisted with answers that they were not completely sure on.
There was basically no interview. Walked in as a new grad with 0 experience and was immediately offered a position. They are obviously understaffed with agency nurses on every unit. Not safe to work here.
Everyone was friendly and professional. I received a tour of the facility and a printed version of the job description. The staff were relaxed and informative. Quick to respond to questions via email and phone.
