I applied online. I interviewed at Genesis HealthCare
Interview
Was contacted by recruiter for interview. Interviewed directly with director of nursing who told me to call the recruiter after the interview. Got a call from the recruiter about an hour after the interview with a job offer
The interview process was very simple and direct. Expectations and roles are clearly described. The interviewer allowed time for questions and assisted with answers that they were not completely sure on.
There was basically no interview. Walked in as a new grad with 0 experience and was immediately offered a position. They are obviously understaffed with agency nurses on every unit. Not safe to work here.
Everyone was friendly and professional. I received a tour of the facility and a printed version of the job description. The staff were relaxed and informative. Quick to respond to questions via email and phone.
