I got a phone call from recruiter asking my salary expectations, years of experience etc. I was asked to come for site tour and had interview with facility staff. I got an offer after 2 months and I accepted the offer

Standard interview process set up through recruiter. Interviewed with DOR at location. Tour of the building followed by brief genetic interview questions. I was in and out of the building within 40-45 min. I heard from the recruiter the following day asking how it went and if I was still interested. Received an offer the day after that

It was pretty formal. The interviewer did not negotiate anything, just let me know how this company operates and what will be expected of me. Also asked questions re my skills, willingness to work in other facilities, etc.
