Question 1
All of the questions were very strait-forward, behavioral based interview questions. The most difficult, as per usual, related around personal weaknesses. The next most difficult question related to my other potential commitments as I did not know how much to divulge.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Genesis10
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by a very nice HR rep who conducted the initial phone screen. I got asked very easy questions about my resume and about my goals in a job. Then I was asked to go to the office and speak with the same HR rep, I also answered very easy behavioral questions and talked about the first project that I would be on. From there I interviewed with the manager at the company I would be going to and then I got an offer after that went well.
