Genmab Scientist interview questions

The selection procedure is quite long and consists of several rounds of interviews (HR screen, supervisors/managers, and business interviews) during a month and a half. After 3 rounds of interviews, including a visit on-site, I was told that despite having the right skills and personality, my scientific background did not match the requests for the position. The whole process could be more efficient and quick. Interviews are arranged on a specific date/time without asking the availability of the candidate.
