Genpact Account Receivable interview questions

The interview was a very slow process with an overall duration of 2.5 weeks, firstly by phone, followed by a general skills test and a Skype interview. During my second week I had an interview with a manager followed by an introduction to process and also a pre-hire orientation program. Between all of these steps there was a waiting time of 3-4 days. Last interview was after I received my salary offer.
