I applied online. I interviewed at Genpact in Jan 2025
Interview
3 + hours, only spoke for 15 mins with a recruiter. Not many questions related to the job were asked, and the HR team has no processes set up. Complete lack of professionalism.
HR itself is gonna try and bargain with you.

I never got any feedback regarding my interview. I was told that I’ll get a call for the next round but despite me attempting to reach out to them, there was no response.

Interview
I got referred by an employee after a basic screening conversation and had mailed the concerned recruiter. Got no reply after many follow-up mails. It’s basic courtesy to give a reply irrespective of the decision to move forward or not, especially when a person is following up so much.
