There are 5 rounds of interview. Mem test, quants test, technical round 1, excel test and technical round 2. It is super exhaustive for an experience person to go through these many test which should be for freshers over experience.

Your work ex is all good,I have issue with your stabilty. So can you sign bond? I say No and thats its gets over in the final round. If they had issue with the same then they should nt have processed and made me go through these many rounds of interview. In round 1 the person grills for salary negotiation, in round 2 on bond along with night shift. Just because a person has career gap, you expect bond, low salary and niggt shift all at one go? Grow up. Dont treat employees as slave.
