Interview process was chaotic. People were not even opening resume. They were doing mass hiring and no candidate knew who was their actual hiring manager.
The worst part was offer round . They took 4 weeks to release offer after selection . After that they started asking to join in 1 month . When i asked on the offer letter it is more than a month they had no clue.
Eventually i avoided the risk of resigning without genpact being ready to absorb me. Truly unprofessional. Post some intelligent guy from genpact also reached out to my current employer for reference check. Lol.
