They advertised for process associate for their Singapore office which was a very bare description. When I attended interview, it was a recruiter from China and India and the role was actually social media moderator. I told them I worked in management and asked about salary. They couldn’t ask what I asked for. Then they put me for customer lead interview with some guy from India then next day, since they were “impressed”. One week later I followed up, they said can’t give job cos of “unfortunately after calibration in Ops team.”
