Not a very pleasant experience. The interview was through VC. Neither the interviewer switch on his/her camera nor he/she introduced themself before initiating the interview. They expect interviewee to know all and on a few occassions the tone of the interviewer was rude. Genpact need to work on training their own employees on interviewing and interpersonal skills.
