The interview was good . Majority of the question will be come from AML only . The interviewer were supportive and if you have any doubt they will clear it there it self .

Not a standardized framework. Lack of structure. They should revise their interview script. should update interview process. Moving to structured, scenario-based questions will better evaluate practical skills, reduce bias, and identify top talent more effectively.
