They have high expectation for interview. Prepare to explain your thoughts on GL and reconciliation. It is difficult but we can do it. My manager was a bit tough on me in the interview but it was okay afterwards.
Overall experience is good, have a good time with the hiring manager and the team, the questions are mixed of skills set and personalities, just showcase what you have and be honest
