Relatively straightforward until you get to offer stage. Things to note before you waste your time: 1. They pay bonuses annually which from what I gather can take 1-4 months after the year end, so you could be waiting for up to 14 months to get your first commission cheque. 2. You bonus is paid not only against performance but also a scorecard - so if you don't get on with your boss... 3. They cap at 250% of quota so if you have a great year you are going to be capped. 4. Everyone seemed very nice and professional but let down by an unrealistic comp plan.
