My interview experience at Genpact was exceptionally smooth, with the employer asking insightful theoretical and situational questions. As a fresher, the focus on theoretical knowledge and problem-solving skills rather than past experiences was appreciated, making the process fair and inclusive. Overall, it left me with a positive impression of Genpact's commitment to selecting candidates based on merit and suitability for the role.
First level is typing and then communications skills which enables org to screen the appropriate candidates for the suitable positions this is really a good way of interview procedure it provides a great experience for both employers and employees

Accounting key principles and how do we handle different scenarios in live
it was quite rigorous . i applied it through linkedin and gave 3 interviw rounds. bunch of questions were asked and i gave most of them . majorly technical questions and some soft skills questions as well,
Very smooth had two rounds, one technical one HR both of which were not very difficult. As a campus recruit the process was seamless and had questions regarding major and extra curricular activities and participation.
