Genpact Manager Finance interview questions

Consists of two rounds Technical and HR after which selection decision is made.Sometimes additional technical round is held.HR round is undestanding the Organisation and salary discussion.Please be prepared with all types of interview questions.

I was referred for this role in FP&A division. I was contacted by AVP in the team for a tele-conference post which I was called for a face to face discussion. First round of technical questions with 2 AVPs followed by a long formal discussion with VP Finance followed by a brief discussion with CFO of that business operation.
