Genpact Process Developer interview questions

The interview process is a multi-stage process for hiring new employees. The interview process typically and very easy.and includes the following steps: writing a job description, posting a job, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, conducting in-person interviews, following up with candidates and making a hire.

It's great, mostly Robotic i.e. Machine Test happens. Transparency is there. It's good to be there. As it's time consuming, refreshments should be there. Headphone wasn't provided. It would have been helpful. It's a good learning experience.
