Genpact Revenue Analyst interview questions

The recruiters at Genpact are HORRIBLE to say the least. I had applied for this position mentioned above. The recruiter tried to call me late in the night, at 9pm, but due to some reason, I wasn't able to pick up the call, so they sent me a mail, saying that your interview is scheduled at 2pm the next day (Friday), without even asking for my preference regarding the timing (since I'm a working professional and I had an important meeting coming up at 2pm). So I replied the recruiter via mail (no call since it was late at night) that I would love to attend the interview but if possible, please change the timing since I had a meeting coming up. But since then, I have received NO response from the recruiter. I tried calling the recruiter multiple times the following day, but the recruiter ignored my calls, and hence, the interview never happened and that probably imposed the company's cooling period on me. I don't feel bad about rejections. I've had multiple rejections in my life. But I do feel bad about being ghosted and tacitly rejected by the recruiter without even giving me a chance to prove myself and my merits. Maybe I could've been a great employee of Genpact but this opportunity was denied to me just because of the arrogance and egoistic attitude of the recruiter. Genpact might be a great place to work at but it's recruiters tarnish it's image and their callous, lackadaisical attitude often results in good talent never having a chance to prove itself. My message to Genpact would be, please improve your recruitment process and please fire such incompetent and callous recruiters as mentioned above. It will help you attract great talent in the long run.
