Gensler Experiential Designer interview questions

First, you have the initial interview with a recruiter. If you pass, you move on to an interview with the team. I was under the impression that it went well. However, I never heard back about next steps, 4 months later. I was told repeatedly the recruiter was checking for the next steps and then was never reached back out to about the position. Very irritating process, poor communication, and disappointed at lack of respect for job applicants. I'm very sad that my experience went this way as it seemed like a great company.
