Gensler Interior Design interview questions

Thank you for sharing your experience when interviewing with Gensler. It is very common at Gensler for intiial interviews to be conducted via video conference and we also regularly have multiple interviewers at a time. One of our goals this year is to ensure our interviewers are well prepared to conduct interviews and that they ask relevant questions. In general, the goal of our interview process is to let candidates tell their own story. We are interested in understanding what projects a candidate has worked on that are most relevant to what he/she will do at Gensler. We also want to empower our staff to pursue their passions, so understanding what motivates a candidate is also important.
