I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Gensler (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2018
Interview
My interview started with introductions between me and my interviewers. Then we talked about my portfolio and work sample. We spent more time on my work samples. They ask me details about the projects I have done/ or still working on, such as how the project coordination work, my skill levels, what is my role in a team, and also what I have done in the projects.
overall is good, sharing works and behavior questions to be asked. Average difficulty but they have so many candidates to review, so it's hard to stand out. But it is worth trying as they have great clients.
