I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gensler (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2019
Interview
The interview process took about two weeks and were very smooth. I was contacted by their recruiting team in SF and scheduled to meet with two studio directors. The interview lasts one hour and 15 min. Their questions were thorough and the focus was more on the big ideas and my design approach and less about the technicality of how to get the work done.
