First phone call, sounded very professional asking about interests and generally describing their needs. Second interview, revealed that the first phone call was a total sham. Instead of using the time to try to investigate past work experiences and how they could apply to the position, the interviewer committed himself to ask question as if he were a professor interrogating about minute and obscure details, like trying to find a weakness--not a good experience even if your answers are good, they will never be good enough. I forewarn everybody: do not play that game: very energy-sucking business.
