2 part process: 1 seeing how you interact in a group with other candidates and leadership capabilities, 2 a personal interview with Resident Directors. 2nd interview was a lot of behavioral interview questions. How would you respond to a certain situation, etc.

Interview
The interview was multiple parts over multiple days. Candidates were assessed individually in a variety of group activities. Scores were given in different categories at the end and a subset of folks moved onto the next round, individual interviews. The individual interviews weren't too long and were relaxed.
