2 rounds: 1) 1 with HR via phone and it actually went well. He’s friendly and it lasted 30 mins. Asked the standard questions and explained to me on the scopes and privided very clear next step. 2) Here comes the horrible part! Call was arranged by HR guy with the MD. Not a nice experience at all! Cut you while you speak (if you are rushing for time, it’s really ok to arrange another time) and tbh… 3-5 mins into the call and i’m very sure i don’t want to work with him. When asked a question, the answers from him were also quite dismissive and curt. Bad experience with the 2nd interview
