I had an in person interview with manager, an HR person and two faculty members. the position was to closely work with staff, faculty and students. it was an at will employment. Salary was 25-27 per hour. but great benefits including full medical coverage, tuition remission, 21 days off through out the year and sick leave.

I applied online via GW's career page. I received an email a week later about wanting to do a phone interview. I interviewed with the Department Chair and his assistant. It was about 25 min long. They went over my resume and asked me about my experience and why I would be a good fit for the position.
