I was interviewed by two deans and one administrator who asked various questions. I was asked how familiar I was with excel and data management. Come professional and prepared. I arrived with writing samples and a clear explaination for what I wanted the position.

I submitted my resume and cover letter as an internal candidate. I then met with a panel comprising the university (assistant?) dean, supervisor to the position, and office director. I was informed by the supervisor to the position of my hire which was then announced to the office via email.
