Short tour of facilities and conversation about the position. Took about 30 minutes total. A lot of open-ended, behavioral questions were asked. It was odd in that the position did not have a complete description and the hiring manager couldn't even explain exactly what I would be hired to do. It was difficult to answer questions about why I want the position when there is no clear job description.
