I received a call a few days after applying to the position, looking to set up a phone interview. The phone interview took place at the end of that week and consisted of a basic overview of the position and questions about my skills – as standard phone screening. Shortly thereafter, an in-depth, multi-panel interview was requested.
The interview consisted of several panels of 2-3 interviewers spending 20 minutes questioning me and allowing 10 minutes of my questions; the general focus was directed at assessing fit.
