I was able to get set up wit an interview because i knew the Athletic Director of the University. From there, I was able to speak with the Director of the Department. Once, I was offered the job, there was a complex and thorough HR process of background checks.
Overall very easy, staff is very friendly and willing to work with you as you settle into the interview. Went in post-covid and found that they were also very flexible with working from home / in office schedule. Very pleased overall
