I applied online. I interviewed at George Washington University
Interview
I was asked to complete a telephone interview for the first round, which was followed by an in-person interview later in the week. During the in-person interview, I was asked to complete a series of practice tests to ensure I could handle the responsibilities of the position.

How has your experience prove relevant to the current position?
I applied through other source. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at George Washington University (Washington, DC) in Jul 2016
Interview
I applied to this position through GW Jobs, then emailed the Director and Founder directly. After some back and forth, she invited me to her office for an in-person interview. I get the sense that she circumvented the usual HR process at GW and then, after she decided to bring me on, pushed HR to bring me on-board. The actual interview with her went great - it felt more like a conversation than anything else. We talked about spiritual care, why it was important to me, how she started this field, and things like that. We are both ENFPs (I think), so it was a good, fast-paced, and very broad conversation.

Interview
I had applied online, and was first brought in for a 90-minute interview with my direct supervisor and two peers. The questions were relatively straightforward, and they were interested in hearing my ideas for some problem areas they were hoping my position could tackle. They then had me write a sample piece of correspondence given very limited information, while on location (only a small portion of my job description). They called me back a few days later to schedule a 15-minute time with the executive I would be supporting. He was most concerned with hearing a quick, direct summary of why I wanted to be there, but we chatted longer than scheduled. A few days after that they reached out to me to get my permission to contact my references via a paper signoff.
