Interview
The first round of interviews was a panel interview with typical questions. The second round was an all day (eight hour) interview with panels of people from the entire department. I was also expected to create a 30 min presentation for the entire department. I felt that this was ridiculous for an entry level position with below average pay. I removed myself from consideration for this position.
