It started on time, and it was very professional, very formal, not too long, not too short. The atmosphere was calm and friendly, I did not feel too nervous. I had a chance to ask questions and got comprehensive responses.

Phone screen and then a panel interview. Lots of behavorial based questions. Phone screen lasted 30 minutes, panel lasted an hour. Took a long time from verbal offer to actually starting. Hiring process is slow.
