I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at George Washington University in Nov 2009
Interview
I applied online using their clunky system. Then a week or ten days later I got an email to set up a phone interview. There were six people in the phine interview. They did most of the talking telling me how great GW is and how they are going to raise a billion dollars. Three weeks later i got an in-person interview. The first part was one on one and the older man was fairly nice. He asked some questions and asked how I would handle certain situations.
then there was a group interview where they asked about my background. i went to a state school. They really prefer people from the Ivy League.
i was surprised to get a letter offering me the job a few weeks later.
