Phone interview and then a panel interview. Very easy and short. The process takes long because of the HR process, not the actual interviews. There are multiple hiring freezes, so that often holds things up tremendously. The interview panel was simple, but the hiring manager considers tuition benefits the same as compensation, so the pay is low and because of new policies, they do not divulge that you won't get a merit increase for close to two years.

They found my resume online and contacted me by email. I then had a phone interview that followed by an invitation for an in person interview. The in person interview was with a panel of 3 including the former executive assistant. I felt that i answered the questions to the best of my ability and I actually thought it went well. I was contacted a few days later that they decided not to advance me to the next steps of the interview process. They kept the entire process very professional.
