I received a call with some brief preliminary questions, then I was invited for an interview with the library staff that was scheduled for 2.5 hours and I used every bit of the time. I was given a tour, interviewed with my immediate supervisor, then with a panel of department representatives. I was e-mailed an itinerary before the interview. I rated this process difficult because of the extended time frame. I was worn out emotionally after this process but they liked me! After receiving the offer it took about a month to process me as an employee. My supervisor assured me this is not normal and should have taken less time.
