Very fast, only gave me two days to choose to interview and it was only for 20 minutes. They didn't go over anything about the program, who they're roles are, or how the career coach position was being hired.

There was an initial phone screen with the department leader. The second step was an in-person interview with the hiring manager. The third step was an interview with several other members of the office.
