typical 3 rounds: 1) Hr screening phone call 2) Hiring manager screening phone call 3) Group interviews - I believe 4 rounds and then I had to call them to get them to give me an answer 3 weeks later that I didn't get it. I knew lots of people there and still had to pester them for an answer. I applied for another position at Koch industries during the same time and they pro-longed the process with GP because they are the parent company to GP.
