Interview was done in person and consisted with maintenance supervisor and reliability manager. It was very thorough and was tested on my current skills level. When inquiring about my previous work experience they seemed to not believe me and thought i was lying. Even was told that what i was saying didn't seem very likely, it was very uncomfortable, because i was being completely open and honest.
