Interview
The interview process was pretty ordinary. Being a state institution the application action process is very formalized and all online. There is no opportunity for face to face interaction unless you are called in for the interview.
Upon receiving the interview it was business as usual. My experience only consisted of one round of interviews but I know many who had two or even three rounds of interviews before being selected for their positions.
