Pre-screen questions over email then phone interview with hiring manager. Video/ Virtual interview with panel of 10 people that lasted for 4 1/2 hours with no break. Way too many people on this virtual interview and completely disorganized process. Hiring manager 30 minutes late for virtual interview and admitted they forgot about it and had the date wrong. Some people asked no questions while others dominated their time slot and wouldn’t allow others to ask questions. Also people on the virtual interview became sidelined in discussing internal business and became involved in their own side conversations and completely abandoned the interview process. One high level employee asked me if I was married and had kids, which is illegal and discriminatory to ask in an interview. Obviously these people have no idea how to conduct an interview. Very disappointed with the entire process. Considering reporting the person to GTRI HR who asked me if I am married and have kids.
